The Company is able to provide a wide range of services to the mineral and waste industries, detailed under the following categories:

Town and County Planning

The Company is able to offer services in the preparation and submission of planning applications. This can include the pre application engagement process with planning authorities and other identified stakeholders. The company is experienced in the preparation of the appropriate planning application forms, certificates, notices, plans, Planning Statements and Design and Access Statements and/or other supplementary statements where required through local validation guidance.

The Company is able to manage all phases of the application process including any reserved matters or post development conditions, including legal obligations, and is fully versed with the appeals process.

In addition, the Company provides input into a range of Development Plan Documents and consultations on local and national policy, these includes the preparation and submission of representations and appearances at local inquiries.

Environmental Impact Assessment

The Company has expertise in the project management and preparation of Environmental Statements as part of Environmental Impact Assessment.  This includes the full screening/scoping process, and liaison with Local Planning Authorities through all phases of the preparation of the ES.

Site Investigation

The Company is able to offer onsite geological site investigation services to ascertain a resource/reserve and the quality of the given mineral asset. The Company can prepare a Desk Top Assessment to identify any potential constraints to development including and land, environmental, planning and/or tenure constraints.

Environmental Permitting

The Company is able to offer the industry project management skills in the preparation and submission of Environmental Permit applications, including preparation of certain risk assessments, completion of forms and all other documents to the Environment Agency’s specification. This includes EPs at a local level commonly known as Local Authority Permits.

Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment

The Company has experience in the preparation of assessment and mitigation stategies in relation to a wide range of development types.

Hydrology, Hydrogeology and Flood Risk Assessment

The Company is able to offer services in relation to the assessment of risks across the full hydrological and hydrogeological regime.
