Estates Management
The Company can provide a range of services from full site management through to small scale problem solving with a landlord or tenant. The Company has a long history in the preparation and negotiation of all forms of leases and licences, and other forms of tenure documents. The Company has the expertise to supply input into the Property life cycle from acquisition and development through to ongoing management and ultimate disposal.
The Company is able to offer advice and act as agent in connection with rent reviews and all aspects of Compulsory Purchase including negation of compensation.
Site Search and Evaluation
The Company can offer site search services for industrial and mineral related schemes including desk top and site specific searches. This can include liaison with the Land Registry and LPAs and landowners to ascertain site availability and any constraints to development.
Desktop Assessment and Due Diligence
The Company routinely offers services to prepare desk top assessments that provide the client with a sound knowledge base to make any decisions on sites including any decisions on site acquisition or the viability of a planning application or other development proposal. This can be extended to a full Due Diligence service if required by the client.
Valuations
The Company is Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and has a number of Registered Valuers who are able to provide a range of valuation services to the industry to the clients own requirements, in accordance with the RICS Valuation Global Standards, the UK National Supplement and other appropriate guidance and standards maintained by the RICS.
Business Rates
The company can offer expertise as Business Rates consultants advising clients on their liabilities. Such services extend over a range of properties and sectors including office space, industrial, and specialist properties such as minerals and waste assets.
